Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do in ISPSOL SDWAN Manager, operated by ISPSOL.

You must

Use the Platform only for authorised work on networks and devices you are responsible for.

Keep your password and authenticator device to yourself, and sign out on shared computers.

Follow change-control and maintenance-window procedures before making changes that can affect customers.

Treat provisioning scripts, device passwords, tunnel keys and customer data as confidential.

Report security incidents, suspicious activity and mistakes promptly.

Share accounts, or try to obtain access or permissions beyond what you have been given.

Disable, bypass or tamper with security controls, audit logging or monitoring.

Use the Platform to intercept, inspect or disrupt customer traffic except as needed for authorised operations and as the law allows.

Push configuration to routers marked monitor-only or otherwise flagged "do not touch".

Run scans, load tests or automated tools against the Platform or managed devices without written approval.

Export or copy data from the Platform for personal use or for any third party.

Use the Platform for anything unlawful under the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Activity is logged and may be reviewed. Breaches may lead to suspension or removal of access and further action by ISPSOL.
